In the ad Depp is seeing at first with a strumming a guitar. But then decides, ' I have to get out of here'.
He hubs into his muscle car. But he is unsure where to go. He asks 'which way?' He keeps driving anyway and drives pass a Buffalo and onward to the desert.
He comes out of his car, opens the boot and picks up a shovel. He contemplates 'what am I looking'? He seem unsure what he is searching looking for.
He digs a hole and buries his precious trinkets. This must be serious, if Johnny has to bury his trinkets. You know the man loves his jewelry.
Johnny is looking for something, but it is 'Something [He] cant see'. But '[He] can feel it'
and there right in the desert, he discovers magic, Dior Sauvage!
This advert in my opinion is pure Johnny Depp. It captures his personality, carefree, classic and simply masculine. The muscle car, the Buffalo only to add to the equation. Top a wolf on top of the car and it is almost complete...
except of course for the eyeliner which takes me to his pirating days!
